In House Counsel - Interim Head of Legal - Healthcare - +7 PQE - Remote working

We are partnering with a leading UK based healthcare provider who are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Legal for a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a key role within the business, reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the executive team to guide the company through a period of corporate change.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on all aspects of corporate restructuring, disposals, and investment-related activity.
• Supporting the executive team on governance, risk management, and legal process during a transaction.
• Providing guidance on employment and litigation matters and liaising with external counsel.
• Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and leading through uncertainty.
• Adopting a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

You will have at least 7 years post qualification experience gained in private practice or in house preferably in the care or a related sector. Ideally, you will have a corporate legal background or experience leading medium to large organisations through periods of change. The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to a Central London office.
