Qualifications

  • Proven track record as an IT Manager, Head of IT or CTO in small to medium-sized companies.
  • Experience in Consulting or Interim Management with the ability to integrate quickly and work autonomously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of modern IT tools, platforms and best practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Financial Services, Insurance or Capital Markets sectors.

  • Evaluate current tooling and infrastructure to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

About the profile

We are looking for an experienced IT leader with a consultancy mindset to support one of our clients – a small but sophisticated player in the Financial Services space. This is a short‑term high‑impact assignment (23 months) ideal for an Interim Manager with proven expertise in IT governance and process improvement.

You will work hand‑in‑hand with the current IT team acting as a strategic partner to review, improve and document their internal IT processes and tooling with a focus on best practices for financial services.
