Job summary

Elevate Projects Ltd is recruiting an experienced Head of Compliance on an interim basis to provide strategic and operational leadership for property compliance and building safety within a social housing environment. You will steer compliance governance, risk management and assurance across the housing stock while leading the compliance team.

The role requires a track record at Head of Service level in compliance and building safety, with a strong delivery mindset and the ability to drive

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic and operational leadership to property compliance and building safety functions.
• Overseeing statutory, regulatory and organisational compliance across the housing stock.
• Leading a compliance team with clear direction, support and accountability.
• Ensuring robust systems, processes, policies and controls to monitor compliance and demonstrate assurance.
• Coordinating with asset management, housing and safety teams to embed a consistent approach to compliance.
