Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a talented Group Financial Controller for a large Northern PLC. Based in the UK, you will lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports and oversee all accounting and finance operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow, supervise a finance team of around 50, drive financial strategy with senior management, and deliver timely audits.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in accounting and finance within a larger business, running a larger technical finance team.
• UK based, Current UK accounting standards and IFRS essential.
• A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
