If you are a seasoned Global Marketing & Content Procurement leader ready to shape & embed strategic supplier structures during a time of business growth and transformation this represents a fantastic opportunity to deliver for an iconic market leading brand.

My client is a globally recognised Blue‑Chip FMCG powerhouse renowned for its collaborative, innovative, and people‑first culture. They are embarking on a significant global transformation programme across Marketing & Content Procurement and are seeking an experienced Global Senior Sourcing Manager to support strategic sourcing, supplier integration and change delivery across the Marketing & Content category portfolio.

This highly strategic interim role sits at the heart of a multi‑market transformation, focused on implementing new global supplier ecosystems, optimising commercial value, and partnering closely with senior Marketing stakeholders. You will have the autonomy and platform to shape global ways of working, drive best‑in‑class sourcing practices, and influence long‑term value across a rapidly evolving spend landscape.

The successful candidate will commence the contract immediately for an initial 4‑6 months, with the potential to extend subject to business value and programme phase completion. The length of contract will directly influence the day rate, with higher rates available for shorter durations. Fractional options also available.

Marketing & Sales Content including Creative Agencies, Production, PR, Social & Influencers, Design, Sponsorships & Sports Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic sourcing and supplier integration across global Marketing & Content suppliers
  • Implement new global supplier structures and support change adoption across business units
  • Build strong partnerships with Marketing leaders, influencing and educating stakeholders on sourcing strategy and value delivery
  • Develop, analyse & validate global rate cards and benchmarking to enable data‑driven decision‑making
  • Support integration of new acquisitions and align sourcing processes across different business systems & markets
  • Manage contracts, risk, governance, and supplier performance to ensure value and compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement and simplification across a complex stakeholder and supplier landscape
  • Track and report sourcing impact, performance and savings to senior leadership
Required Experience
  • Circa 10+ years global procurement experience within blue‑chip matrix environments.
  • Proven success in Marketing & Content procurement (agency ecosystem, creative, production, influencers etc.).
  • Demonstrable expertise managing global sourcing programmes and transformation activity.
  • Strong commercial acumen, supplier negotiation & stakeholder influencing capability.
  • Highly analytical, comfortable building rate models, working with limited legacy data and presenting insights.
  • Experience with sourcing systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) and savings/contract governance processes.
  • Strategic yet hands‑on, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast‑paced, fluid environments.
  • Excellent communicator with a track record of senior stakeholder partnership.
