Job Description

• Oversee global financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to make informed financial decisions.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
• Promote a culture of financial awareness and accountability across the organisation.
• Provide strategic leadership to the finance team and foster a collaborative environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global FD should have:

• Recognised professional accounting qualification.
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and procedures - SORP specifically.
• Strong strategic planning and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in another International Charity
