• Lead complex, high-value international M&A and corporate transactions.
• Own transactions from strategy through negotiation and completion.
• Advise senior executives on strategic corporate matters and risks.
• Coordinate internal teams and external counsel across jurisdictions.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice aligned with objectives.
• Manage a high-value transaction pipeline in a fast-paced international environment.
• Lead the corporate function during the interim period.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, including AI and legal tech.
