• Leading the reconfiguration of Surgical Services, including the development of a clear project plan, and successful clinical engagement with the various clinical specialities across three hospital sites.
• Completing business cases to accommodate the increased activity and the development of new services at a newly acquired community Hospital.
• Developing management and operational control systems for achieving the 18 week referral to treatment target for all specialities at a large Midlands based Trust.
• Obtaining the support of the Executive Team in implementing a 18-week backlog clearance plan.
• Delivering a £2.8 cost efficiency plan within an 8 week delivery time frame.
• Providing project support as a Prince2 Practitioner qualified Project Manager of a large-scale Covid-19 Response Programme.

As a highly qualified and experienced Senior Manager with a clinical background, key skills include:
