Job summary

JSS is seeking an interim Head of FP&A in London to design and build the finance planning and analysis function from the ground up, reporting to the CFO. You will shape MI, reporting, and value-adding processes across the business, in a role that is deliberately blank-page and high-visibility.

You should bring a hands-on track record of creating or transforming FP&A in insurance or financial services, with familiarity of Workday Finance or Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications

• Hands-on FP&A leader with a track record of building or transforming finance functions.
• Experience in insurance, capital management, and underwriting processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with modern MI/reporting frameworks and ERP integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build FP&A function from scratch reporting to CFO.
• Design MI and management reporting frameworks where none exist.
• Support Workday Finance/Adaptive Finance implementations.
• Partner with CFO to shape function structure, processes and priorities.
• Bring best-practice FP&A thinking to a growing organisation.
