Overview

An exciting high-growth restaurant brand is seeking an interim Financial Controller on an immediate basis. They are looking for a commercially astute finance leader to shape their future as they plan to scale domestically and internationally. You will be reporting directly to the CFO and managing an outsourced finance function, playing a pivotal role in the expansion of this innovative business.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Own all regulatory requirements including external audit, corporate governance, tax, filings and banking covenants.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Support the CFO with financial planning and analysis.
• Deliver board-level reporting on balance sheets, cashflow and capex.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• A background in multi-site hospitality environments is highly beneficial.
• PE-backed experience, especially for businesses between 80 and 200 million in turnover.
• Strong technical accounting and cashflow forecasting skills.
• Experience managing either a small in-house finance function or an outsourced solution.
• Experience managing external audits and regulatory filings.
