Job Description

The key responsibilities within this role:

• Support the delivery of the annual financial audit with coordination with other internal finance members
• Ensure compliance with the internal and external audit teams, issues are addressed, and policies and procedures are updated
• Outside of the main audit support requirements there will be various month-end duties and other ad-hoc responsibilities when needed

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess:

• A full and recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
• Experience of assisting with and delivering the audit in a constabulary/police environment
• Current active Management Vetting (MV) to be cleared to start immediately
• The ability to start a contract role within the next two weeks

What's on Offer

This is a day rate position (inside IR35) and will be highly competitive depending on experience. This position can be fully remote, and an immediate start is needed with the correct clearance already in place.
