Job summary

iMultiply is supporting a Central Scotland leisure business to appoint an Interim Finance Manager for 9-12 months. You will lead the finance function, develop a small team, and drive efficiencies through process improvement and system development, reporting to the Fractional CFO.

The role focuses on strengthening controls, improving reporting, and delivering transformation initiatives while maintaining hands-on leadership in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading finance teams.
• Strong management accounting experience.
• Excellent cash flow management skills.
• Experience driving finance transformation and change initiatives.
• Experience working with Xero or similar cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance operation across multiple entities.
• Manage and develop a small finance team (3 staff).
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements and system modernisation.
