About the Business

An opportunity to be a Finance Manager for a well-established, ambitious company based in Studley, who have track record of internal progression. As Finance Manager, you will be acting as a key business partner to operations and commercial teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for determined, motivated individual to join a successful, international business.

Main Duties

As a Finance Manager, your main duties include:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four within the finance function.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentary.
  • Produce and maintain robust cashflow forecasts to support business planning.
  • Manage the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
  • Ensure balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls are maintained.
  • Support the Group Finance Director with strategic projects, system improvements, and reporting enhancements.
  • Partner with operational and commercial leaders to provide financial insight and challenge performance.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and the wider group finance team.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
  • Strong QBE candidates will be considered.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to analyse complex data.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a small team.
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with international ownership
