Role Overview

We are working exclusively with a well known manufacturing based business to recruit an Interim Finance Manager in to their established finance team.

This is a hands on role, managing a small finance team, overseeing all aspects of day to day finance including transactional finance, reporting, compliance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Credit Control
• Manage VAT, Payroll, and Expenses processes
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting and audits
• Maintain robust balance sheet controls and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts preparation
• Lead on insurance, foreign exchange, and banking activities
• Drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across finance

What you’ll bring

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by experience
• Proven finance leadership experience
