Job Description

• Lead planning and strategy for the organisation in alignment with its goals.
• Lead the financial reporting process in readiness for audit.
• Oversee robust improvements in the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes - including the implementation of a new revenue recognition policy and process.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor cash flow and manage risk effectively.
• Play a general leadership role alongside MD and chair in running the business day-to-day.
