Balance Sheet Ownership: Take charge of reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and provisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Financial Controls: Implement and maintain robust financial controls and segregation of duties.
Year-End Accounts: Prepare statutory accounts with precision, ready for external audit.
Audit Liaison: Act as the primary contact for external auditors, facilitating smooth and efficient audits.
Tax Awareness: Apply your knowledge of corporation tax to support the team's compliance efforts.

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS, coupled with a forensic attention to detail. Your ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and maintain stringent controls will be paramount.
