Responsibilities

• Assist aspects of Sales and Purchase Ledger
• Aid in month end Management Accounts spread sheets
• Assist aspects of Cash Book
• Assist in monthly reconciliation of pupil and resident control accounts in excel from Nominal
• General day to day support for the Ledger functions.
• Identify personal training needs and attend appropriate training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
• Adhere to the Employee Handbook and all Company policies and procedures; particularly those relating to Health & Safety and safeguarding the welfare of pupils / residents.
