Job summary

A pioneering health charity in Rochester is seeking an experienced Interim Executive Director of Corporate Services for a 6-9 month contract. Responsible for leading internal functions and supporting the CEO through a new strategic period, the ideal candidate must have proven senior leadership experience in finance management and budgeting. A flexible start date is offered between 8th and 22nd December 2025, with a salary of up to £100,000 FTE.

Based Rochester or Redhill with 3-4 days per week in office.

Salary: Up to £100,000 FTE

Our client are looking for an experiencedInterimExecutive Director of Corporate Services tolead the organisation internal functions, deputise for the CEO and and support theteam ahead of a new strategic period.

To be successful you will need:

  • Proven experience at a senior leadership level in treasury and finance management, budgeting and business planning
  • A track record of working in innovative and ambitious environments, through a highly supportive and collaborative approach
  • Experience of identifying, planning for and delivering new opportunities and efficiencies that maximise organisational-wide effectiveness.

Closing date: Monday 1st December 2025

Start date: between the 8th and 22nd December 2025.
