Interim Equal Pay & Job Evaluation Specialist - NHS

Location: Remote

Contract: Short-term project (circa 1 month)

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

We are partnering with an NHS organisation to appoint an experienced Equal Pay and Job Evaluation Specialist for a critical interim assignment. Following recent TUPE transfers, there is a need to review and address potential pay disparities. This project will focus on creating a fair and transparent pay structure supported by a robust job evaluation process.

Key Deliverables
  • Design and implement a job evaluation scheme that underpins an equal pay framework
  • Review and update job descriptions to align with evaluation requirements
  • Conduct oversight evaluation of current roles
