A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an Interim Equal Pay & Job Evaluation Specialist for a critical short-term project within an NHS organization. The successful candidate will design a job evaluation framework and address pay disparities following recent TUPE transfers. Ideal candidates will have qualifications in HR or law, demonstrate experience in job evaluation and compliance, and have a strong analytical skill set. Following recent TUPE transfers, there is a need to review and address potential pay disparities. This project will focus on creating a fair and transparent pay structure supported by a robust job evaluation process.
