Job Description

This interim position offers exposure to a broad spectrum of employment law, including:



  • High-profile litigation, investigations, and risk management

  • Strategic advisory work and employment compliance

  • Employment aspects of corporate transactions, including multi-jurisdictional M&A

  • Works council and union negotiations

  • ESG, D&I initiatives, and regulatory employment issues


The Successful Applicant


  • Extensive post-qualification experience in employment law

  • Background in a leading City or national employment practice

  • Strong exposure to advisory, litigation, and transactional work

  • Familiarity with financial services regulation (e.g. SMCR, remuneration code)

  • England & Wales qualified (or equivalent) with demonstrable UK employment law expertise

  • Excellent academic credentials

  • A client-focused mindset with commercial acumen and collaborative spirit
