Job summary

Standard Life plc is seeking an Interim Employee Relations Transformation Lead to join the Colleague Experience & HR Operations team. The role focuses on transforming how Employee Relations and Wellbeing services are delivered, shifting from reactive case work to proactive insight-led support, while improving risk management and business outcomes.

The position is a fixed term contract for 12 months, hybrid with quarterly travel to Edinburgh and Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformative change in agile, large-scale regulated environments.
• Ability to balance employee experience with commercial outcomes in HR/employee relations.
• Proven track record creating high-performing, inclusive cultures and operational excellence.
• Ability to manage risk, regulatory requirements and colleague experience considerations.
