Job summary

A leading law firm in the UK is seeking an Interim Employee Relations Manager to support a team for 6 months. You will manage a team of ER Advisors, handle complex employee relations issues, and lead cases to employment tribunals. Candidates must have experience in the public sector, knowledge of UK employment law, and strong leadership skills. This role offers a hybrid working model with 2-3 days on site in Essex.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing employee relations within the public sector.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing cases through to employment tribunal hearings.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of ER Advisors, providing guidance on employee relations issues.
  • Lead cases that progress to employment tribunals.
  • Support on TUPE projects.
