Job summary

UNICEF UK is seeking an interim Director of Soccer Aid to provide strategic leadership for Soccer Aid for UNICEF, uniting UNICEF UK, Soccer Aid Productions, ITV, Initial and commercial partners to grow income, reach and impact for children.

The role leads the campaign team, owns financial performance and partner relationships, and drives the ongoing development and delivery of the annual fundraising event. Substantial senior strategic leadership experience and board exposure are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior strategic leadership experience, including Board-level exposure.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and complex programmes.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Experience delivering broadcast or large-scale public-facing fundraising campaigns.
