Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an Interim SOC leader to bring structure, accountability and maturity to an evolving security function across the UK. You will assess the current SOC, hold outsourced providers to account and design a high-performing operating model that delivers measurable improvements.

The role requires experience in building or transforming SOCs, managing outsourced SOC providers, implementing governance and reporting, and driving SIEM, monitoring and detection maturity while leading teams

The organisation has invested in its security tooling and outsourced SOC capability but now needs a strong operational consultant to assess the current environment, hold the supplier to account and build a high-performing SOC operating model.

Specifically, we're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in:

• Building or transforming Security Operations Centres
• Managing outsourced SOC providers
• Implementing SOC processes, governance and reporting
• Driving SIEM, monitoring and detection maturity
• Leading operational security teams through change
