An established recruitment agency is seeking an Interim Counsel for a FTSE 100 Defence business in Bristol. The role involves advising on legal issues, managing disputes, and supporting internal compliance programs.   • Maintain and update legal templates in line with legislative changes.
  • Deliver legal reporting per governance requirements.
  • Provide training to commercial and procurement colleagues.
  • Offer support to other sectors within the group when required.
The Successful Applicant

The successful Interim Counsel should have:

  • Experience in technology, IT (including SaaS and licencing agreements) law and the protection of Intellectual Property Rights in new and innovative solutions (both tangible and intangible).
  • Knowledge of Defence and / or wider Government contracting policy.
  • Knowledge of public contracting regulations would be advantageous.
  • Must hold Security Clearance
