Job summary

LOD group is seeking an Interim Construction Lawyer to support its data centres and digital infrastructure projects across Europe. You will work with an in-house team to drive acquisition, development, and delivery of large-scale data centre capacity while advising on complex agreements and risk allocation.

The role involves coordinating with real estate, procurement, and finance teams, with an emphasis on scalable legal processes and efficient project delivery in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with strong non-contentious construction law experience.
• Experience supporting major infrastructure, energy, or data centre projects.
• Able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial mindset balancing risk and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of construction-related agreements.
• Advise on land acquisition, site development, and data centre construction.
• Support procurement strategy, risk allocation and contract structuring.
• Advise on leasing and colocation arrangements where needed.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal guidance to delivery teams.
