Head of Interim at Heriot Brown placing contract lawyers into temporary positions in-house (HB Tempd)

Our client is looking for an interim construction lawyer to join a major UK development project with global backing. This role sits at the heart of a high-growth, design-led business delivering a large-scale infrastructure and leisure scheme. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, providing strategic legal support across development, construction, financing and day-to-day business operations.

You’ll work across commercial, real estate and construction matters which will include drafting and negotiating key project agreements, supporting procurement and delivery teams and helping navigate regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in development or construction-heavy environments.

This is a fantastic role for an immediately available construction lawyer who wants to contribute to a landmark UK project. The position is ideally based in Manchester but open to applicants from further afield with occasional travel to Manchester.
