Operating since 2006, the firm is known for its expertise in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Wills, Trusts, Probate, and general contractual matters. The office is located in a semi-rural village with excellent transport links to the M25, M3, and Woking's mainline station.

Job Description
  • Manage and progress your own caseload of commercial property matters
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Draft and review legal documentation
  • Provide clear, accurate legal advice throughout each transaction
  • Communicate with clients in writing prior to exchange of contracts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using legal software and generating own correspondence
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
