Interim CEO (6 – 9 month contract)
Employment Charity
Based London (WC2B) – Hybrid working, 3-4 days pw in office.
Salary: Up to £100,000 FTE

The Board are looking for an experienced Interim CEO to lead the organisation and support the team ahead of a new strategic period. To be successful you will need:

  • Significant experience at CEO level as an interim
  • To be able to demonstrate maintaining momentum during a period of change, ensuring a focus on priorities and able to keep multiple projects on track.
  • Excellent people management skills – supportive and empowering leadership style
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and an excellent ambassador.
