Job Description
  • Provide leadership and support to the accounts payable staff, demonstrating strong people management skills and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

  • Bring fresh ideas to the table, challenging existing practices and driving innovation across the accounts payable function.
  • Oversee the accounts payable team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Review and approve invoices for accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Manage payment runs and ensure timely disbursement to suppliers.
  • Resolve discrepancies and disputes with vendors professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for internal and external audits.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency in the accounts payable function.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes.
