Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking an Intercompany Accountant to join the Accounting Services Team in a hybrid role based in Speke, Liverpool. The role supports the Intercompany function with invoicing, recharges, payments and reconciliations, handling queries, journals and reporting.

Experience in accounting and finance is required, with preference for those with the global scientific/pharmaceutical Shared Service background and SAP familiarity. The role involves 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting and finance
• Experience in global scientific/pharmaceutical industry / Shared Service environment highly desirable.
• Experience in SAP highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute Intercompany accounting processes in line with policies and procedures.
• Prepare and post Intercompany invoices in line with Group policy.
• Maintain mailboxes and action any ad hoc queries in respect of Intercompany.
• Raise manual journals as necessary.
• Respond to queries/request from external auditors.
• Prepare, review and investigate intercompany mismatches.
• Generate and distribute routine Intercompany reporting.
• Support on Intercompany netting reports, payments and journals.
• Support on the payments of other Intercompany balances.
• Prepare Intercompany Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• GRIR on intercompany, blocked billing and pricing issues.
• Forecast and budget preparation for Intercompany.
• Support continuous improvement plans and projects.
