A leading global insurance firm is seeking an Intelligence & MI Analyst to lead the governance of intelligence across Distribution. The role involves developing MI platforms, supporting Sales, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates should have strong skills in Power BI and Tableau, as well as experience in CRM systems. This position is hybrid, blending home and office work, and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
We’re looking for an Intelligence & MI Analyst who’s got a strong governance and control mindset to help ensure that Distribution operates within a trusted, well-managed, and compliant intelligence environment. You'll be essential in strengthening our Intelligence and MI foundations, providing the oversight, structure, and stewardship needed for accurate reporting, confident decision-making, and disciplined performance management.
You’ll lead the development of a controlled, transparent, and well-governed intelligence ecosystem, making sure that all insights used across Sales and Account Management are consistent, credible, and aligned with regulatory and enterprise standards. This position is perfect for someone who combines technical skills with a solid understanding of governance, intelligence controls, and insight integrity, translating these into practical, business-ready solutions that support Distribution to operate confidently and effectively.
