Job summary

MI5 is recruiting Intelligence and Data Analysts for a five-and-a-half-year programme in London. Trainees start with four months of full-time training, then move into postings across analysis teams to build experience and contribute to timely, compliant intelligence products.

Candidates must have a 2:1 degree or relevant work experience and be prepared to work across two London locations. The programme emphasizes analytical tradecraft, data handling, coding and querying skills, with mentoring

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain UK citizenship and undergo Developed Vetting.
• Ability to transform complex information into insight to inform investigations.
• Willingness to relocate within London and work across two locations (Central/West).

Responsibilities

• Complete four months of full-time training to build core analytical skills.
• Join an analysis delivery team for two to two-and-a-half years, refining requirements and producing timely intelligence products.
• Develop technical capability including coding and querying skills as the programme progresses.
