INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, LONDON, SALARY UP TO £75-95,000 (DOE)

  • Manage an independent caseload and advise on IP disputes and litigation, focusing on trademark, copyright, patents, passing off, and design rights.
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative working environment, and engage in business development and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ PQE with proven experience in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong technical proficiency in IP law and exceptional communication skills for high‑quality client service.
  • Client following is not required but is highly beneficial.
