• Translate the integration and value-creation thesis into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate the strategy team and relevant functional stakeholders to execute agreed initiatives.
• Maintain the integrated project plan, ensuring actions, decisions, and deadlines are clearly documented.
• Monitor delivery against agreed milestones, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Prepare concise weekly and monthly progress reports for senior stakeholders.
• Track key performance indicators and support measurement of benefits delivered against the original thesis.
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints, escalating them promptly with practical recommendations.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up with owners to ensure actions are completed.
• Support alignment between the strategy team, operational teams, and leadership.

This role is suited to someone with strong project-management fundamentals who can coordinate a strategy team, maintain momentum across workstreams, and provide clear visibility of progress, risks, and decisions.The Integration Project Manager will translate the integration thesis into an actionable plan, coordinate execution across the strategy team and wider business, and ensure challenges are identified and escalated early.
