This hybrid role blends deep technical proficiency in Workato iPaaS with leadership responsibilities to drive enterprise integration strategy. The role will design, build, and optimise integrations while also leading governance, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement across business units. Establish governance frameworks for recipe development, deployment, and version control. Conduct code reviews and enforce compliance with standards. Lead the implementation of a new Workato iPaaS instance, integrate with platforms such as OutSystems, IBMi and custom APIs, and define and implement integration architecture and standards across the organisation.
What you’ll bring to the team:
• Can plan and drive integration activities, adopting and adapting appropriate Workato activities.
• Provide technical expertise for systems integration and build.
• Contribute to the development of and adherence to standards and guidance from an architectural perspective.
• Develop and maintain specialist knowledge of all integration and orchestration layer concepts, design principles, architectures, software and facilities.
• Evaluate proposed options for development.
• Provide support and guidance for assigned colleagues, allocating routine tasks or project work in line with team objectives and individual capabilities.
• Coach colleagues in line with team and personal goals, and facilitate effective working relationships between team members.
This is a full‑time position set at 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working in the office and from home.
