Job summary

WeDo is seeking two hands-on Integration Engineers for a major public-sector cloud transformation. Remote-first in the UK with occasional site visits to secure locations in London, Manchester and Bristol. Contract until Sept 2027, ASAP start, with potential extension.

You will build and integrate components across cloud and on‑prem environments, deploy containerised systems, and support CI/CD pipelines while working with cross-disciplinary teams. Existing SC clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on full-stack engineering and integration experience.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure, microservices and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Java/Spring Boot and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular would be advantageous.
• Existing SC clearance, with active clearance preferred.

We’re looking for two hands-on Integration Engineers to support a major public-sector cloud transformation programme, modernising legacy applications and delivering secure cloud-native solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and integrating application components across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Deploying containerised systems and supporting automated build and release pipelines.
• Troubleshooting technical issues across applications, integrations and environments.
• Producing technical documentation and working closely with development, infrastructure and testing teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on full-stack engineering and integration experience.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure, microservices and hybrid-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD—one position has a particular emphasis on build pipelines.
• Java/Spring Boot and JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular would be advantageous.
• A strong technical support background with progression into engineering is welcome.
• Existing SC clearance, with active clearance preferred.

Primarily remote, with occasional attendance at on-site in London, Manchester and Bristol.
