UWA is making significant investments in the Information and Technology Services to enable its strategic direction and goals. UWA is also looking to utilise technology advancements to expand its services and create new and innovative teaching and research models.

About the opportunity
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the solutions are created and maintained in alignment with best practice and internal standards.
  • Work on business as usual and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as work with project services team members on project delivery.You will be required to lead discussions and provide specialist expertise across the full software development lifecycle from engaging with internal business customers, eliciting software requirements and to research, build, test, support and document solutions.
About you
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience and competency.
  • Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle, including experience in designing enterprise-grade solutions and extensive relevant experience in developing, implementing, integrating, fixing, and maintaining complex application systems.
  • Demonstrated professional experience with the following technologies: C#; .NET; Azure Integration Services, and other integration platforms.
  • Proven experience implementing APIs using REST APIs and/or SOAP to integrate applications and experience using Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD.
  • Microsoft Certification (e.g. AZ 204) or demonstrated experience in Azure Integration Services.
Special Requirements
  • Limited after hours and weekend work may be required.
  • Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
