The Integration Director is responsible for establishing operational rigor and integration across the IAT - ensuring that all agency partners, markets, and Philips teams operate as one high-performing unit. The role focuses on governance, process optimisation, capability building, commercial transparency, and data-enabled performance management to drive efficiency, accountability, and seamless delivery across all workstreams.

  • Standardised processes and workflows embedded across all IAT partners and markets.
  • Improved delivery speed, quality and consistency of outputs across the wider team
  • Transparent reporting on KPIs, resource utilization and commercial performance.
  • Clear accountability and collaboration across all IAT disciplines.
  • High internal satisfaction and reduced operational friction.
    For an individual coming into this role, they would have ideally had previous experience in delivering operational rigor across muti-market or multi-business environments, and some exposure to media operations. Equally, individual needs to be naturally inquisitive, collaborative, decisive and proactive, and should have the ability to work with individuals of different seniority level. This role reports to Managing partner, IAT Western Europe Omnicom Lead.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 - 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 - 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
