Job summary

Warner Leisure Hotels in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced Integration Lead to own the design and governance of Warner's integration layer, moving from point-to-point to an API-first, event-driven model.

This hands-on role combines architecture leadership with close collaboration with engineering, data delivery, and external partners to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and accelerate digital and data delivery across core platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in integration or solution architecture roles.
• Proven track record designing and implementing integration platforms in complex multi-system environments.
• Experience with data integration and API/event-driven integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own Warner's integration architecture and target state.
• Define integration standards, patterns, and API governance.
• Lead the implementation of the new integration platform (FY26 roadmap).
• Ensure Snowflake data platform receives clean, timely data from source systems.
• Chair integration architecture reviews and maintain API catalogue.
