The Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join one of our biggest social media accounts, to lead on all areas of delivery; spanning from client briefings to the final asset handover, as well as being responsible for ensuring the account overall runs smoothly and efficiently.

As an Integrated Producer, your wealth of experience will shine as you take charge of intricate project landscapes. Your expertise will guide this end‑to‑end creative social media and influence team towards efficient collaboration, ensuring project milestones are met with precision. Drawing from your social media and influence background, you will orchestrate the synchronisation of resources, from creative minds to strategy and data wizards, facilitating an environment where ideas transform into tangible results. Your strategic vision and seasoned judgment will drive projects forward, adapting to changing requirements and unforeseen challenges while keeping the broader business goals in focus.

Your role as an Integrated Producer on the account will be to manage our Project Workflows and Content Creator Studio; an exciting proposition where we are working with best in class Talent to produce impactful social content at high speed turnaround.

Within this role, your strong communication and interpersonal skills will establish you as a go‑to collaborator, working in harmony with account managers, creatives, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach that exceeds client expectations. Your dedication to detail will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards our agency is renowned for, ensuring that every project deliverable is of impeccable quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary internal liaison to ensure the right resources are booked at the right time
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end execution of content creator projects, ensuring their seamless completion.
  • Foster strong relationships with team across data, strategy, account handling and creative
  • Develop a comprehensive grasp of the client's costing and commercial model.
  • Monitor project finances and proactively address resource allocation concerns.
  • Effectively manage project schedules, adhering to scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Build out detailed workback plans and manage project burn reports
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of industry‑standard project tools, processes, and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the resource manager for effective resource management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, precision, and excellence across project documentation.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Project Manager in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Experience working with Content Creators and delivering social campaigns
  • Proficiency in effective project setup, budgeting, resource control, management, and reporting.
  • Financial acumen to manage project budgets, monitor financial status, and forecast resource allocation.
  • Proactive approach to identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in strategic meeting scheduling to ensure comprehensive team participation.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high‑quality standards across project documentation and deliverables.
  • Solution‑oriented mindset, particularly in challenging scenarios.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and innovation in a dynamic work environment.
