Job summary

Equifax is hiring an Integrated PR, Communications, & Partnerships Marketing Manager to lead the development of an integrated communications framework across PR, external comms and partner marketing. You will shape brand messaging, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coordinate with US and global partners to drive growth and market presence.

You will craft crisis plans, monitor industry trends, and measure campaign impact, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Background in B2B PR, external communications and partner marketing.
• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining relationships with agencies, media outlets and internal teams.
• Experience developing and executing PR and external communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Proven experience enabling product launches and overseas PR initiatives with B2B partners.
• Strong writing and editing skills and understanding of corporate external communications processes.
• Experience following crisis communication plans and managing reputational risks.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Communications Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that integrate PR, external comms and partner marketing with business goals.
• Media Relations & Public Affairs: Serve as PR contact, manage relationships with media and agencies, review press materials.
• Partner marketing support: Collaborate with partnerships teams and the Global Brand team to support partner-led launches.
• Crisis Communications & Reputation Management: Create and implement crisis plans and monitor risks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with consumer groups, financial institutions and government bodies.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance and analyze media coverage to inform strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, PMs, Partnerships and other teams.
