Ready to play a key leadership role in the future of neighbourhood health and care?
Across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, health and care organisations are strengthening neighbourhood-based ways of working to deliver more joined-up, person-centred care closer to home. As we continue to deliver the ambitions of the NHS 10-Year Plan and develop integrated neighbourhood teams, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape how Adult Community Services contribute to that vision.
We are seeking ambitious, compassionate and innovative leaders to join us as Integrated Neighbourhood Community Leads. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how community services evolve within integrated neighbourhoods, helping to improve patient and staff experience, reduce health inequalities and support people to live healthier, more independent lives.
