Job description

Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates. As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration. We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach. If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity. Let’s build what’s next, together.

What you’ll do:
  • Integrated Marketing Strategy Development: Fully own the integrated marketing strategy for your assigned markets. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Local Brand Awareness Campaigns: Lead the partnership with PR, Social, and Content teams to create and execute local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns tailored to your market.
  • Marketing Plans: Take ownership of marketing plan development. Collaborate with regional marketing and HQ teams to provide consolidated inputs for annual and quarterly marketing plans and associated budgets.
  • Regional Field Support: As an integral member of our global marketing team and the designated IMM for your marketing, you are responsible for local activities and regional field support.
  • Localization of Corporate Campaigns: Fully oversee the localization of corporate brand awareness campaigns, product launches, content, and other marketing materials.
  • Regional Content Localization: Lead the translation and localization of content for the regional website and other marketing materials.
  • Thought Leadership Activities: Lead all thought leadership activities, coordinating both paid and earned activities in collaboration with your assigned markets and the segment HQ team.
  • Event Management: Take full responsibility for events management, working directly with regional events teams or HQ: budget management, synchronization with local customer facing teams & marketing teams and HQ marketing teams. Strategically use webinars, industry events, breakfast briefings, executive dinners, virtual events, and conferences/seminars, and customer events as a supporting tool for your assigned market.
  • Reporting, ROI & Continuous Improvement: Own performance reporting across all activities, measure and analyze ROI against defined KPIs and company OKRs, and drive continuous improvement through insights, learnings, and optimization of future plans and execution.
What makes you a strong fit
  • Based in London and available to work closely with the local UK team, including on-site event support and in-person collaboration.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology or related industries.
  • Experience in integrated marketing, field marketing, or regional marketing activities across multiple channels.
  • Familiar with core B2B marketing dynamics, including campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, lead generation, and event-based marketing initiatives.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with local and global teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of French is considered an advantage, but is not a mandatory requirement.
  • Mid to senior‑level marketing professional with the ability to operate independently and contribute with hands‑on execution and coordination skills.
