Job summary

Connells Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Marketing Manager for a fixed-term maternity cover. You will lead the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of integrated campaigns across Connells Group's core brands, including Sales, Lettings and Auctions.

You will work with stakeholders to manage budgets, suppliers and performance across channels, and you will support internal communications to drive lead generation, brand awareness and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication for varied audiences.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to measure marketing metrics.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in property, franchise, retail or multi-brand environments.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across brands and business areas.
• Manage campaign execution across digital, print, social, email, PR, branch and local channels.
• Coordinate marketing support for new initiatives, product launches, acquisitions, branch activity and business change programmes.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activity across Sales, Lettings and Auctions.
• Use customer, market and campaign insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
