A leading defense organization in the UK is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join their Customer Support & Services team. This role involves leading ILS activities for missile systems targeting both domestic and export customers. Candidates should have a strong aerospace background and substantial knowledge of ILS standards. The position offers a hybrid working model with a salary up to £65,000 depending on experience and includes various employee perks like bonuses and flexible working arrangements.
A world leader in Missiles and Missile Systems, MBDA is a multi‑national group, employing 18,000 employees across Europe. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join our Customer Support & Services (CSS) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering ILS activities for future Domestic and Export customers across two of our in‑service Missile Systems. The ILS Manager’s role is to influence the system design and to design a support solution in order to ensure our ability to provide effective through‑life support to our products upon entry to service.
Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2‑3 days a week in the office
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
