Integrated Front Door Service

Specialist Nurse

Indicative Band 6 £41,608 - £50,702 per annum

Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 per annum

37 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for Specialist Nurses to join an evolving Integrated Front Door team.

These posts will be based primarily within Hospital at Home supporting direct admission and the care of patients in the virtual ward. There is a vision to expand the service in line with Scottish Government initiatives. Applicants should be committed to providing a high standard of patient care and interact well within the multi‑disciplinary Team.

Applicants should have good communication skills, and a commitment to developing change and promoting innovation within the front door services. Post holders are required to hold a driving licence.

The ability, drive and commitment to work as part of a team, sometimes at a distance, and to contribute to the local development of primary care and acute services is important.
