As a key member of our underwriting team, you’ll be at the forefront of broker relationships, driving growth, securing new business, and strengthening our existing portfolio.

You’ll take part in our Fleet Authority Accreditation programme, sharpening your skills in underwriting, risk engineering, pricing, and claims management. You’ll also connect with experts across the Allianz Group to exchange best practices and broaden your global perspective.

As our next Motor Fleet Underwriter, you’ll be :

• Building and maintaining strong broker relationships, negotiating with confidence, and delivering exceptional service
• Collaborating with your team to deliver timely renewal terms, new business quotes, mid‑term adjustments, survey prep, and policy transactions
• Ensuring accurate documentation is issued to clients
• Learning from industry‑leading Underwriters and expanding your knowledge across the business
• Bringing energy, initiative, and a growth mindset, ready to challenge yourself and support the team

Essential Skills

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring :

• Proven experience in underwriting risk
• A strategic approach to risk evaluation and relationship‑building with broker clients
