Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Service Excellence Underwriting Manager in delivery of the UK Operations Change Plan.
• Drive initiatives within the UK Operations Plan by liaising with business stakeholders.
• Build relationships with wider QBE functions to aid operationalisation of processes.
