Insurance Sales Advisor

Our Manchester based client is seeking an Insurance Sales Advisor to join its Direct Team in Manchester. They cover all kinds of professionals, and niche industry sectors, offering a wide range of specialist commercial covers. With strong investment, a people‑focused culture, and ambitious growth plans, this is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long‑term progression, a dynamic sales environment and market‑leading training to get into the commercial insurance marketplace.

You will play a big part in supporting new and existing customers while contributing to the team’s overall commercial success. If you have experience selling in a financially compliant industry, this is a doorway to an exciting career with plenty of opportunity for progression.

You will be:
  • Confident in handling inbound sales and service calls from new and existing customers.
  • Completing outbound follow‑ups to quotes, renewals and MTA's.
  • Engaging with underwriters to confirm terms, conditions or restrictions.
  • Ensuring every customer receives a high‑quality experience in line with company expectations.
  • A team player with a passion to drive standards forward.
You will have:
  • Experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Background working to sales or retention targets in a telephony environment.
  • Strong sales ability with confidence identifying cross‑sell opportunities.
  • A customer‑centred approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.

In this role you will have regular training and coaching, a clear progression path, develop your technical knowledge and the opportunity to go into senior, leadership or specialist roles.

On‑target bonus will be around £500 but for over‑achievers you can get as much as £1,000 a month – remember this is also a Monday‑Friday role so you will also have the weekend to spend it… if you want.
